Dominican Fiancees and spouses of American citizens are eligible to immigrate to the USA by applying for a Dominican Fiancee K-1 or Spousal K-3 visa, by completing forms I-129F or I-130

Don’t attempt to game the system by applying for a tourist, student or employment visa for your Fiancee.
